2CRSi is an international company specializing in designing and producing high-end servers. With an annual turnover of approximately €171 million, 2CRSi is a major player in its field.
Initial Situation
Before my arrival in August 2019, 2CRSi’s digital presence was suboptimal. The company’s websites were very slow, and social media management was inadequate. There were numerous online complaints, and the brand awareness and digital strategy were nearly nonexistent.
Project Motivation
The main goal was to revitalize 2CRSi’s digital presence, increase website traffic and engagement, and build an active community on social media to improve brand awareness.
Results
Lead Generation Results
- Lead Generation: In just a few weeks, we captured over 60 qualified leads, representing commercial opportunities worth thousands of euros.
Social Media Audience Growth
- Twitter: Nearly doubled followers, from 381 to 600 by December 2020.
- LinkedIn: Nearly tripled followers, from 1,286 to 3,677 by March 2021.
Traffic and User Metrics
- Sessions: More than tripled, from 1,496 to 4,914.
- Users: More than tripled, from 1,246 to 4,016.
- Pages per Session: More than tripled, from 2.04 to 6.97.
- Page Views: More than tenfold increase, from 3,056 to 33,008.
Bounce Rate
- Significant Improvement: Reduced from a monthly average of 62% to 36% (Sept 2019 >> Oct 2019).
Techniques and Methods Employed
Website Optimization
- SEO Analysis and Audit: A comprehensive audit of existing websites was conducted to identify friction points and areas needing improvement.
- Loading Speed Enhancement: Measures were taken to reduce page loading times from 12 seconds to a much more acceptable timeframe, directly contributing to increased page views and reduced bounce rates.
- Site Structure Redesign: Eliminated the French site and focused on a single English site to effectively target 80% of clients.
Sales Funnel Design
- Creation of New Product Pages: Introduction of new SEO-optimized product pages designed to guide users through an effective sales funnel.
- Lead Generation: Implemented lead generation strategies with clear forms and calls to action, capturing five dozen leads in a few weeks.
Social Media Management
- Editorial Line Structuring: Developed a clear and coherent editorial line, balancing content between company news, products, and technical updates.
- Community Engagement: Took control of community management on LinkedIn and Twitter, significantly increasing followers and engagement.
- Discontinued Secondary Networks: Focused on the most effective social media platforms for the company and discontinued less effective ones like Instagram and Facebook.
