Context

Apollo (now MeCaza) was an early‑stage real‑estate platform with no audience, no traffic, and an undefined mix of C2C and B2B business models.

The ambition was to help tenants, students, and young professionals find rentals more easily, while attracting owners, conciergeries, and rental companies to supply quality properties in Paris and major French cities.

The main challenge was typical of a marketplace: building supply and demand at the same time, in a seasonal market where priorities shift between tenants and landlords.

Solution deployed

Strategic work with the founder to clarify the mission, prioritize target segments (tenants, students, first‑job workers, owners, B2B partners), and define a solid revenue model for each customer type.

Design of the full growth engine: positioning, audiences, and multichannel acquisition leveraging SMS, WhatsApp Business, email, and blog content.
Continuous A/B testing on copy and offers across SMS, messaging, and email to move users from first touch to account creation and active projects.
